In test mode, you can run evaluations based on your settings for up to 10 customers with a specific tag before you start operating your membership ranks.

Steps

  1. On the dashboard, click Enable Test Mode.

  2. Copy "ranky-test".

    Note: You can also copy the "ranky-test" tag from "(Optional) Pre-operation test mode" in the Quick Start Guide on the dashboard.

  3. In Customers in the Shopify admin, add the "ranky-test" tag to the target customer.

    <aside> ⚠️ Set the "ranky-test" tag for no more than 10 customers. If the tag is set for 11 or more customers, 10 of them are selected and evaluated. Select the 10 customers to be tested in advance before running the evaluation.

  4. When the configured evaluation execution timing is reached, the evaluation runs in test mode.

    Note: To start regular operation, disable test mode and click Start.
