In addition to scheduled execution, you can also specify certain events as evaluation execution triggers. (This may be referred to as "event execution" in this manual.)
When executed at the following timings, only the individual customer involved (e.g., the customer who was created, placed an order, or received a refund) will be subject to evaluation:
Open the Basic settings page and click Edit for Evaluation execution timing.

Select the checkbox for the evaluation execution timing to enable.

When the order amount is updated
An evaluation is executed for that customer when the order amount is updated, such as when the payment status changes to paid, or when a refund or cancellation is processed.
【注意】
Note: The order amount is considered updated when the Subtotal in Orders changes. If a partial refund is issued by manually entering a refund amount without specifying a product, the subtotal does not change and evaluation will not be executed. To trigger an evaluation, click Refund in the order details and specify the product to be refunded.
