By clicking the Customer ****List button in the Ranky Rank List page, you can view a list of customers and the total number of customers for a specific rank in the Shopify admin under Customers. You can also save the results as a customer segment.

How to View the Customer List

  1. Open Rank List in the Ranky app and click the Customer List button.

  2. You will be redirected to Customers in your Shopify admin, where the customers and total count for the selected rank will be displayed.

Save as a Segment

Once you have filtered customers for a specific rank, you can save the results as a segment. The segment will then be available from Customers > Segments in your Shopify admin.

  1. After filtering customers for the relevant rank, click Save.

  2. Enter a name for the segment and click Save.

  3. The saved segment can be accessed from Customers > Segments.
