Manual batch evaluation execution lets you run all rank evaluations manually. Use it when you want to run a rank evaluation immediately, without being affected by the configured evaluation execution timing.

Steps

1. On the Basic settings page, go to Advanced operation at the bottom and click Go to Advanced Operations page. Then, under Manually execute all rank evaluations, click Start evaluation immediately.

   

   

2. After reviewing the precautions, select I have read and understand the above, then click Execute now.

   <aside> 🚨 Notes

   • This operation cannot be undone.
   • Completion takes time depending on the number of customers and network conditions. (It may take several hours to several days, depending on the number of customers.)
   • (If scheduled evaluation execution is enabled) If the period between pressing the Execute now button and the completion of the evaluation overlaps with a scheduled evaluation, the scheduled evaluation does not run.
   • (If event evaluation execution is enabled) If the period between pressing the Execute now button and the completion of the evaluation overlaps with a customer being created or an order being updated, the evaluation may not be processed correctly. Take measures such as making the store temporarily inaccessible. </aside>

   

3. Until the task is complete, a warning appears stating The operation could not be started because the previous task is in progress. Click Update to refresh the execution status.

   

   When Success appears along with the final execution time, the process is complete.

   

   <aside> 💡 The number of customers assigned to each rank in the rank list may take some time to be reflected. After running the evaluation, to check whether ranks have been correctly assigned to customers, refer to the customer's Metafield.
