Priority refers to the order in which each rank is evaluated.

For example, if the priority is set with Gold rank first and Silver rank second, and a customer meets the conditions for both ranks when rank evaluation has run, the customer will be assigned Gold rank as it has the higher priority.

<aside> ⚠️ Note: If you are using the Future Rank Calculation or Membership Rank Status, sorting ranks in priority order is required.

設定方法

  1. Click Rank List in the Ranky app to display the rank list.

  2. Click Reorder Ranks.

  3. In the Reorder Ranks modal, use the Up/Down buttons to rearrange the order.

    ※ Note: If the Up/Down buttons are not visible, click the ellipsis (...) to display them.

  4. When the sorting is complete, click Save.
