Each membership rank is configured individually. You can also edit existing settings from the Rank List.

Create a New Membership Rank

1. Click Rank List in the Ranky app to display the rank list.

   

2. Click Create new rank.

   

3. Enter the Basic Rank Settings.

Title

The name displayed in the Rank List. Used internally and not visible to customers.

Up to 20 full-width characters (up to 40 half-width characters).

Description (Optional)

Can be used for notes about the rank. Used internally and not visible to customers.

Up to 100 full-width characters (up to 200 half-width characters).

Status

• Active: Rank evaluation will be executed at the scheduled timing.
• Draft: Rank information will be saved, but evaluation will not be executed. </aside>

1. Configure the Rank Setting for Customers.

Rank Name

The rank name assigned to eligible customers after rank evaluation has run. (Up to 10 full-width characters (up to 20 half-width characters))

The value is automatically assigned to the customer's metafield. It is displayed as the rank name on the Ranky membership card (if a membership card has been set up).

5. Enter the Condition Type in the Rule Settings.

Note: Shipping fees are not included. The amount after discounts is used. Whether tax is included depends on the store's tax-inclusive pricing setting at the time of the order.

The cumulative number of purchases within the aggregation period specified in Basic Settings, based on the order creation date.

Customer Tag

The tag name assigned to the target customer.

• Tag matching is not case-sensitive. Example: If the customer tag in Shopify admin is "VIP" and "Vip" is entered in Ranky, the evaluation and aggregation will be performed.
• If the customer tag in Shopify admin is "VIP" and "VIPcustomer" is entered in Ranky, the evaluation and aggregation will not be performed as the strings do not match exactly.
• Specify Included / Excluded from the customer tag field. </aside>

Points (Dokopoi)

The Dokopoi points stored in the customer's metafield.

• Enter a numerical value (up to 15 digits).
• Specify greater than or equal to / equal to / less than or equal to from the field to the right of the numerical value.

Note: This setting requires the use of Dokopoi, a comprehensive points app provided by our company. Dokopoi is available only for the following stores:

• The shipping destination includes Japan
• The store's currency is set to Japanese Yen (JPY) </aside>

Condition type

• Purchase Amount During the Aggregation Period: The cumulative purchase amount within the aggregation period specified in Basic Settings, based on the order creation date.
• Number of Purchases During the Aggregation Period: The cumulative number of purchases within the aggregation period specified in Basic Settings, based on the order creation date.
• Customer Tag: The tag name assigned to the target customer.
• Points (Dokopoi): The Dokopoi points stored in the customer's metafield. Note: This setting requires the use of Dokopoi, a comprehensive points app provided by our company. Dokopoi is available only for the following stores: 　・The shipping destination includes Japan 　・The store's currency is set to Japanese Yen (JPY) </aside>

In this example, the condition is set to "The purchase amount during the aggregation period is USD 50 or more.”

You can set up to 5 conditions per rule (combined as AND conditions). To add a new condition, click Add a condition. To remove a condition, click the trash icon.

1. Click Save.

From the rank list, select the row of the rank you want to edit.
