Once you start operations, you cannot change the settings.

Even after all settings are complete, automatic evaluation does not start yet. Once your settings are configured as designed, follow the steps below to change the status to "In operation.”

1. Go to the Dashboard page.

2. To start operations, click Start.

   

3. Review the notes in the modal, select the checkbox, and click Start operation.

   

<aside> ⚠️ Have you completed your settings?

• When you click Start operation, the various settings are locked and can no longer be edited.
• Data synchronization for starting operations takes time. (It may take several hours to several days, depending on the number of customers.)
• To change a setting, stop operations, make the change, and start operations again. After you start again, the evaluation made with the new settings overwrites the previous evaluation.

On the dashboard:

Your membership is active

When the display changes to "Your membership is active," the start operation process is complete.

To change your settings (such as basic settings or rank conditions), stop operations, make your changes, and start operations again.
